Deacon Student Patrol

Deacon Student Patrol was established in the fall of 2016 and is a student-based division of the Wake Forest University Police Department. The program employs from 8 to 14 WFU students to work with University Police to add to patrol and other security services. They are not armed but will be uniformed and trained to assist officers as requested. Deacon Student Patrol works many special events, assists with securing buildings, responds to extra security needs, monitors parking lots, and provides other services as directed.
