Fingerprinting

The Wake Forest University Police Department provides fingerprinting services for faculty, staff, students, and visitors at Alumni Hall, Suite 104. 

Service Details:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (By appointment ONLY).
• Cost: $25 (Debit or credit card only).
• Required ID: Two forms of identification, including a valid photo ID and a WFU Deacon OneCard​ (if applicable), and a credit or debit card.

Appointment Process:

1. Complete the appointment request form below.
2. Once approved, you will receive a calendar invitation.
3. If your requested time is unavailable, a staff member will contact you via email to reschedule.
