The department adheres to public records guidelines; therefore, only public information segment of any requested report is eligible for release.

Participation in the Ride-Along Program is contingent upon the successful execution of this Release of Claims and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

To contest a trespass warning, individuals must submit a formal, written appeal within ten business days from the date the warning was issued or received.
