The Wake Forest University Police Department is concerned about your safety on campus. We are always working to help make your experience on our campus enjoyable and crime-free. The following links to our forms and publications are offered to simplify and expedite your questions, concerns, and requirements that are of interest to or that relate to policy of the University Police.

University Police Forms

File Police Report – You can use this page to submit reports of possible illegal activity anywhere on or near the WFU Campus.

Request a Police Report – Only the public information portion of any report will be released.

Silent Witness Form – Used to submit any information you have regarding a suspicious person, any suspicious activity, or a crime that has occurred on or off campus. Anonymous tips are always welcome.

Ask a Cop – Ask questions about how or why law enforcement operates the way it does. Ask a question about how we may assist you. This is your opportunity to ask a non parking related question of us and we will respond.
